The "Participants" tab provides an overview of all the event's attendees. From here, you can filter by status and attendance, as well as change your status and attendance. You can also email all participants from here. This article explains how to do this.
Tickets
Clicking on a participant will also show an overview of the tickets associated with that participant. If the ticket has already been paid for or no invoice has been generated yet, you can change the ticket type. Under "Ticket Type," you'll see a dropdown menu where you can select a different ticket type. Don't forget to save your changes after selecting a different ticket type!
Status
Congressus also assigns a status to sign ups. You can find the status of each sign up under the 'Participants' tab. In the participant overview, you can see each participant's status, and you can also filter by the different statuses. The statuses recognized by Congressus are:
Approved - This indicates that the participant has been approved for participation, this is the default status given after sign up or payment.
Waitlist - This status indicates that the participant is waiting for an available spot if someone cancels or someone is not approved.
Unsubscribed - The participant has been unsubscribed from the event.
Not Admitted - The participant has not been approved for participation and cannot re-sign up.
Payment in progress - Indicates that the payment has not yet been completed and is still in progress.
You can change the status of individual participants by clicking their name or the "View" button. Here you can change the participation status.
Presence
You can also indicate whether participants attended an event. You can change this by clicking the participant's name or the "View" button. You can then indicate whether the participant was present or not, or whether it is unknown.
You can also edit attendance in bulk. Clicking the "Bulk Actions" button and selecting "Edit Attendance" will display an overview of all participants' attendance statuses. You can then easily adjust attendance for each participant individually.
