You can invoice and have event participants pay afterwards

In cases where you only want to send invoices after an event, for example, when the exact price is not yet known at the time of registration, you can choose the "Invoice afterwards" option for an event.

Invoice participants

If you have chosen to invoice afterwards, you can create and send bulk invoices to event participants.

  • Click on 'Bulk actions' at the top right and select 'Create invoices'.

  • Then, on the next screen, select all the members for whom you want to create an invoice. You can select members individually or select all participants at once.

  • Select an invoice workflow.

  • Click "Send Invoices" if you want to invoice participants immediately. If you don't want this, you can disable it. Draft invoices will be created first and not sent yet. This is useful if you want to review the invoices first.

  • Click 'Next step' and select a shipping method.

  • Then click on '+ Create XX invoices', all invoices will now be created and sent.

Please note : Invoices will be sent for all participants with the registration status "approved." If a participant has the registration status "deregistered" or "not admitted," it is not possible to create an invoice for them. Therefore, be sure to check the registration status of all participants.
