It is very easy to link to different webpages or for example to events published on your website in the emails you send from the Congressus Manager. This article will explain how you can do this.

Adding a link

First you highlight a piece of your text, the editor will show up with a couple of options. Click on the 'link' icon and paste the link you want to add in the field that appears below. Shown in the gif below:

Sometimes Internet Explorer does not always properly function with this functionality. We therefore recommend using a different internet browser such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge or Safari.

You can also simply just paste the entire link in your mailing, however the option above is a bit more elegant.
