On the 'Orders' tab you will find an overview of all orders in the webshop.
Status of the order
The status of an order is composed of the following information:
Order status
Ordered - This is the default status for complete orders.
Cancelled - You can cancel orders that have not yet been processed.
Payment status
When payment is required for the order, Congressus automatically creates an invoice for the order.
Unpaid - The invoice has not yet been paid.
Payment in progress - The invoice is being collected or an iDeal payment is in progress.
Credited - The invoice has been credited. The credit note is still open.
Refunded - The invoice has been credited and the credit note has been refunded or offset against the original invoice.
Paid - The invoice has been paid in full.
Processing status
With handling you keep track of which items have been delivered and which have not yet been delivered.
Not Processed - No items in the order have been processed.
Processing in progress - Processing has started, but items have not yet been actually delivered or picked up by the customer.
Partially Fulfilled - Part of the order has been fulfilled.
Fulfilled - All items in the order have been fulfilled and are in the customer's possession.
View order
To view your order, click the order number in the overview. You'll see a summary of your order.
The screen shows the ordered items, the processing status and information about the invoice and payment.
Processing articles
You can track the progress of each item in an order. This depends on the shipping method the customer selected. Learn more about order processing here .
By mail
If you're shipping by mail, you can indicate that the items have been shipped. Once the items are actually delivered, you can update the processing status.
To take off
When you pick up your order, you can indicate that the items are ready for pickup. Once the items are actually picked up, you can update the processing status.
Digital
It's possible to sell digital products, such as readers, summaries, and so on. Digital products are processed automatically once the order is placed. Customers receive an email with download links.
