Add and edit reservations via Congressus Manager.

Add reservation

You can add a new reservation via Congressus Manager. This takes just a few steps.

  • Go to Congressus Manager and click on ' Rental '

  • Click on 'Add reservation' at the top right

  • Search for the member or click on 'External contact'

  • Check that the contact details are correct, click 'Next'

  • Enter the start and end times for the reservation, click 'Next'

  • Select the rental items for the reservation, click 'Next'

  • Please check the rental price before booking

  • Indicate whether the reservation is approved immediately and whether you want to send a notification to the tenant.

  • Click on 'Add reservation'

Manage reservation

You can manage existing reservations in Congressus Manager.

  • Go to Congressus Manager and click on 'Rental'

  • Find the reservation

  • Click on the name or 'edit'

Please note : If your reservation is linked to an event or event participation, you will be redirected to the event or participation. You can only manage your reservation through the event or participation.

You can change the start and end times of a reservation, as well as the status of the reservation.

Change reservation status

You can change the reservation status. Depending on the current status, you'll have the following options:

  • Do not change - The reservation status will not be changed

  • Approve (unconditional) - The reservation is approved, we do not check availability and rental category settings.

  • Cancel - The reservation is cancelled

  • Decline - The reservation is rejected

When the status changes, the tenant will receive a notification by email.

Manage reserved items

In the overview of reserved rental items, you can choose to add additional items to the reservation or to remove items from the reservation.
