Via Media, you can easily upload images and documents to Congressus Manager. You can then add these as content to your webpage, events, news items, share with groups, and more. You can organize all media into folders yourself.
Overview of folders and files
In the main menu on the left, you'll find "Media." Clicking this will display an overview of all created media folders. You can only add images or files once you've selected a folder.
Create folder
Don't have any folders yet? Then you'll need to add them first. Give your folder a name, choose a parent folder if necessary, and specify who can see it on your website.
Add files
By clicking "Add Files," you can upload your desired images and documents to the folder. You can then add this folder to multiple components, such as events, groups, news, or even separately on a web page. If a folder is linked to something, you'll receive a notification about it:
You can always edit or delete folders or the contents of a folder.
