Because your members are only synchronized when changes are processed in their profiles, it is useful to perform a bulk import into Exact Online after a large number of registrations.
Filter by the members you want to synchronize. You'll often select all members with a certain status (first-year students) or all members with a status who joined after a certain date (anyone with Member status who started their membership in the current year).
Apply the filter, and then select Export under Actions.
Select an Exact online XML export.
You will now download an XML file containing the relevant information about the filtered members, in a format you can import directly into Exact Online.
