Webshop - Processing orders

For each order, you keep track of how the items reach the customer and what their status is.

Please note: Fulfillment is only available for orders placed after March 7, 2023. Older orders can only be marked as 'fulfilled'.

Processing articles

You can create a new transaction using the "Process Items" button. This button is only available if not all items have been processed yet. You will then see the screen below:

  • Shipping - Determine how the items get to the customer.

  • Items - For each item, specify the quantity you wish to process. You cannot select more items than the customer ordered.

  • Send notification - Indicate whether you want to notify the customer by email.

By selecting a selection of items, you can split the handling. This is useful, for example, if some items are shipped by mail and the rest are collected. Splitting the handling can also apply in the case of subsequent deliveries.
