Create and send multiple (bulk) invoices

This article explains how to create invoices for a selection of members.

You can easily create invoices for a selection of members through Congressus. This is useful, for example, for creating invoices for membership fees. The invoices are identical in content; only the recipient differs.

Members can be selected by making a selection in the membership administration.

Creating invoices

You have a selection containing all members for whom you want to create an invoice.

  • Click the arrow next to the selection of members.

  • Select 'Add Invoices for Selection'.

  • If necessary, enter the reference, invoice date, entity, workflow, and contribution period.

  • Click 'Next Step'.

  • Select the products for the invoice.

  • Click 'Next Step'.

  • Verify that the information and number of recipients are correct.

  • Click 'Create Invoices (...)'.

The draft invoices are being created. Once they're created, you can send them.

Send invoices in bulk

You can send draft invoices in bulk to your recipients.

  • Go to 'Invoices'

  • Click 'Actions > Send Invoices' in the top right corner.

  • Select the invoices you want to send or click 'Send all draft invoices' in the top right corner.

  • Select the sending method and, if necessary, check the subject and content of the email.

  • Click 'Send all draft invoices'
