A professional presentation is essential for company profiles and partner vacancies. Congressus provides you with all the tools for clear company profiles, vacancies, and the placement of sponsor logos on your website, all in one easy-to-use module.
For β¬10 per month, you can use the Career feature. This allows you to create a company profile for companies and sponsors. You can organize these profiles into multiple categories of your choice, such as partners and sponsors. For each company profile, you can add a logo, a company description, and even related vacancies.
The Career module is linked to a webpage. There, members and/or external parties can see an overview of the company profiles you've added, as shown in the example below.

Add a Company Profile
Adding a company profile works as follows:
1. Create a Category
Before you can add a company profile, you must create a category. You can do this under website management > Career > Settings
2. Add a Partner
After creating a category, go to Careers in the main menu and click "Add Partner" in the top right corner. Here, enter the company's title and select the appropriate category.
3. "General" Tab
Here you can enter the company's contact details and add a memo for internal use. The content of the memo will not be displayed on the website, but can only be seen in Manager.
4. "Profile" Tab
Add an introduction, logo, and description to the company profile. Under this tab, you can also set whether and how the profile is published. If you want to temporarily remove a profile from the website, uncheck the "Published" box. Please note: If the profile has not been filled out, it will not be published.
5. 'Vacancies' tab
If the company has any vacancies you'd like to display on your website, you can add them here by clicking 'Add job' in the top right corner. Enter the title, category, and publication date.
6. 'Ads' tab
If you want to add a company logo to your ads on the homepage, click 'Manage ads' in the top right corner. Here you can 'Add an ad' by entering a title, logo, and URL.
7. 'Related events' tab
If you have an event to which you want to link a specific organization (sponsor), for example, if you are organizing the event together with that sponsor, you can indicate this under the 'Publishing' tab when creating an event. The event for which you select the organization under 'Related organization' will be displayed in the partner's profile.
