My association already has a Mollie account. Can I use it in Congressus?
Yes, you can! You can link your existing Mollie account to Congressus. You'll need your username and password for the Mollie Dashboard to do this. You can link your existing account via ' Settings > Mollie '.
Are there any costs associated with using online payments?
Mollie charges a transaction fee for each successful payment. These fees depend on the payment method used. Current prices can be found on the Mollie website . The transaction fees are deducted from Mollie's payout to the association.
In addition to transaction fees, we charge a "Platform fee" of β¬0.10 per successful payment. This covers the costs of integrating with Mollie. This "Platform fee" is also deducted from Mollie's payout.
Can we also use other Mollie payment methods in Congressus?
Mollie supports a huge number of payment methods. When you activate multiple payment methods in the Mollie Dashboard, they're immediately available to your members.
Please note: Both Congressus Manager and the website always refer to 'iDeal'. If multiple payment methods are active in Mollie, the member can select the preferred payment method after initiating the payment.
